Benjamin N. Avansino is a civil litigation attorney and represents and advises clients on
matters involving contract disputes, employment claims, personal injury, and various
property disputes including related to easements, disclosures, defects, water rights, and
restrictive covenants and homeowners’ associations.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ben began his legal career at DBMC, LLP as a legal
assistant and remained with the firm as a law clerk while completing his undergraduate
and law degrees. Ben is a “double-Aggie” and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science and Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis.
Ben is an avid Golden State Warriors fan, and he enjoys playing basketball and chess
and cooking for friends and family.
