Erik Christensen is a graduate of UC Hastings, College of the Law, where he was a judicial extern at the California Supreme Court and at the First District Court of Appeal, and he was a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Victim Impact Program (sometimes referred to as the “Special Victims Unit.”) His experience also includes years of service with the 101st Airborne’s Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps., from which Erik draws his rigor and precision while representing his clients. Erik has also worked extensively in the business start-up world of San Francisco and he brings that knowledge and enthusiasm to his practice, which includes business transaction, business litigation, labor and employment, and appellate work.
Erik holds CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, in Negotiation and Settlement.
In his free time, Erik enjoys hiking, backpacking, and swimming in the Sierra Mountains. When he is not outdoors, Erik is working on new business projects with friends and colleagues, and volunteering his time in the community.
